Cancel Anytime, No Questions Asked

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll continue to enjoy full access to all your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. No penalties, no hidden fees, no immediate cutoff.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Subscription Management: Navigate to Settings > Manage Subscription, or go directly to the Subscription page, https://www.secrets.ai/subscriptionarrow-up-right.

  2. Click "Cancel Subscription": You'll be asked to share a brief reason for cancelling.

  3. Confirm: That's it. Your subscription will remain active until your billing period ends.

What Happens After You Cancel

  • You keep full access to your current tier's features (moments, group chats, image generation, etc.) until your billing period expires.

  • Your moments balance stays intact for the remainder of your billing cycle.

  • Your chats, memories, and generated content are all preserved. Nothing is deleted.

  • Once your billing period ends, your account will automatically move to the Free tier.

Resuming Your Subscription

Changed your mind? You can resume your subscription at any time before your billing period ends, and everything picks up right where you left off.

  1. Go to the Subscription page or Settings.

  2. Click "Resume Subscription".

  3. Your auto-renewal is re-enabled and you won't miss a beat.

Note: Resume is available for card-based subscriptions. Crypto subscriptions must be repurchased through a new checkout.

After Your Plan Expires

If your billing period has ended and you haven't resumed:

  • Your account moves to the Free tier.

  • You can re-subscribe at any time by choosing a new plan from the pricing page.

  • All your previous chats, memories, custom characters, and generated content are still there waiting for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will I lose access immediately when I cancel? No. You keep full access to all your plan's features until the end of your current billing period.

Q: Can I get a refund? Cancellation stops future charges but does not issue a refund for the current billing period. You retain full access for the time you've already paid for.

Q: What happens to my custom characters and generated images? Everything is preserved. Your custom characters, images, videos, chats, and memories remain on your account regardless of your subscription status.

Q: What if my payment fails? If a payment fails, we'll retry a few times automatically. If the issue persists, your subscription may be downgraded. Make sure your payment method is up to date to avoid interruptions.

Q: I cancelled but want to come back. Is it easy? Absolutely. Just visit the Subscription page and click "Resume" if your billing period hasn't ended, or choose a new plan if it has. Your content and history are always waiting for you.
