Alternate Payment: G2A Keys
G2A subscription keys are an alternate way to get Premium or Ultimate if no standard payment method works for you. They are prepaid, fixed-term, and do not auto-renew.
Secrets AI sells prepaid subscription keys on G2A for 3-month and 12-month Premium and Ultimate plans. Redeeming a key unlocks a fixed term of paid access with no payment card and no recurring charges.
This is a last-resort payment method. Buy directly from the Store whenever you can — card and crypto checkouts are cheaper to support, renew automatically, can be upgraded mid-cycle, and can be managed from your subscription settings. Only use a G2A key if none of the standard payment methods work for you.
Before you buy
G2A keys behave differently from a normal subscription. Read these first — they are the most common reasons a key can't be used:
A key can only be redeemed if you do not have an active paid subscription. Keys cannot be used to extend, stack on top of, or upgrade an existing subscription. If you already have Premium or Ultimate, wait until that subscription expires and your account has moved to the Free tier before redeeming.
No auto-renewal. The subscription runs for its full term and then stops. Nothing is charged afterwards.
No extending or stacking. You can't apply a key to add time to a plan you're already on, and you can't redeem a second key while a redeemed term is still running.
Fixed term. The term starts the day you redeem, not the day you buy.
Account required. You need a free Secrets AI account, and you must be 18+.
No refunds through us. Keys are sold and fulfilled by G2A — purchase, delivery, and refund issues are handled by G2A, not Secrets AI support.

Go to secrets.ai and sign in, or create a free account (18+).
Open the redeem page: secrets.ai/redeem.
Enter your key and confirm.
Your subscription activates instantly and the first month's Moments are credited right away. Each following month of your term, you receive that tier's Moments grant on schedule, exactly like a normal subscription.

Your account moves to the Free tier automatically. There's nothing to cancel.
Your chats, memories, custom characters, and generated content are all preserved. See Cancelling for what Free-tier access looks like.
Purchased (Top-Up) Moments stay in your balance. Unused grant Moments do not carry over.
To continue, either subscribe from the Store or redeem another key — once your previous term has ended and you're back on Free.
Troubleshooting
"You already have an active subscription"
Keys can only be redeemed on an account with no active paid subscription. Check your subscription settings — if a plan is still running, you'll need to wait for it to expire before redeeming.
The key is invalid or already used
Each key can be redeemed once. If your key was rejected as invalid or already redeemed, this is a purchase/delivery issue — contact G2A or the seller you bought from.
Redeemed, but the tier hasn't applied
Refresh the page or sign out and back in. If it still hasn't applied, open a support ticket in Discord or email [email protected] with the account email you redeemed on.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Should I use a G2A key instead of paying in the Store?
No — only use one if no other payment method works. The Store is the supported path, and it's the only way to auto-renew, upgrade mid-cycle, or get purchase support directly from us.
Q: Does a G2A subscription auto-renew?
No. It runs for its full term (3 or 12 months) and stops. No card is required and nothing is charged afterwards.
Q: I already have Premium. Can I redeem an Ultimate key to upgrade?
No. Keys can't be redeemed while a paid subscription is active, and they can't be used to upgrade. To upgrade now, use the Store — see Upgrading Mid-Cycle.
Q: Can I redeem a key now to add time to my current plan?
No. Keys cannot extend an existing subscription. Wait until your current plan expires and your account is on the Free tier.
Q: Can I stack two keys for a longer term?
No. Only one redeemed term can be active at a time. You can redeem another key after the current one ends.
Q: When do I get my Moments?
The first month's Moments are credited immediately on redemption, and you receive your tier's grant each month for the rest of the term. Grants reset monthly and don't roll over — see Moments & Payments.
Q: Can I buy Moments while on a redeemed subscription?
Yes. A redeemed subscription is a paid subscription, so you can top up Moments from the Store and you get your tier's purchase bonus (10% Premium, 15% Ultimate).
Q: Do I need to cancel before the term ends?
No. There's nothing to cancel — it expires on its own and your account moves to the Free tier.
Q: My key didn't work / I want a refund. Who do I contact?
G2A. Keys are sold and fulfilled through the G2A marketplace, so purchase, delivery, and refund issues go to G2A or the seller. If the key was accepted but your account didn't upgrade, contact us instead.
Q: Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Secrets AI is 18+ only, and a free Secrets AI account is required to redeem.
