# Legacy Plan Migration

Secrets AI retired the **Lite** and **Plus** subscription tiers some time ago, and members still on those plans are being moved to the **Premium** tier. This page explains exactly how that works.

This only affects members still subscribed to the legacy Lite or Plus plans. If you're on Premium, Ultimate, or the Free tier, nothing changes for you.

### What's happening

* Your subscription moves from Lite or Plus to **Premium**.
* Starting on your personal change date, your subscription renews at the standard Premium price for your billing cycle.
* From that same date, you get everything Premium includes: **8,000 Moments every month** (up from 1,000 on Lite or 3,000 on Plus), a **10% bonus** on every Moments purchase, unlimited messaging, video generation, and the premium memory system. ### When it happens

You'll receive an **email and an in-app notification** with your exact change date, always **at least 14 days before** the first charge at the new price.

* **Nothing changes before your date.** Any renewals before it are billed at your current Lite or Plus price, and you keep your current plan's benefits until then.
* Your **billing date and cycle stay the same**. If you renew on the 19th of the month today, you'll still renew on your regular schedule; only the plan and price change on your stated date.
* You can always see what's coming in your [subscription settings](https://www.secrets.ai/subscription): the next bill amount shown is always what you'll actually be charged on your next bill date, and a note shows your change date.

### Pricing

Your billing cycle carries over. The new price is the standard Premium price for that cycle:

### Your options

**Do nothing.** You'll move to Premium automatically on your change date and get all Premium benefits from then on.

**Upgrade early.** You can move to Premium or Ultimate right away from the [Store](https://www.secrets.ai/store?tab=subscription). You'll get the new tier's benefits and Moments grant immediately, and the scheduled migration no longer applies to you. Normal [upgrade proration](/get-started/subscription-tiers-and-limits.md#upgrading-mid-cycle) applies.

**Cancel.** If you'd rather not continue at the new price, cancel anytime before your change date from your [subscription settings](https://www.secrets.ai/subscription). You won't be charged again, and you keep full access until the end of your current paid period. See [Cancelling](/extra/cancelling.md) for details.

### Frequently Asked Questions

**Q: Why is this happening?**

* Lite and Plus were retired for new subscribers a while ago. Moving the remaining members to Premium lets everyone get the current feature set, including the much larger monthly Moments grant.

**Q: Will I be charged more without warning?**

* No. Your price only changes on the date stated in your email and in-app notification, and that date is always at least 14 days after the notice. Any renewal before your date is at your current price.

**Q: Do I get Premium features before my change date?**

* No. You keep your current plan's benefits and price until your change date. Premium benefits, including the 8,000 monthly Moments, start when your first Premium renewal goes through.

**Q: What happens to my current Moments?**

* Nothing changes. Your balance carries over as usual, and on your first Premium renewal you receive the Premium grant of 8,000 Moments for the new period.

**Q: I'm on a 3-month, 6-month, or annual plan. When do I move?**

* At your next renewal, as long as it's at least 14 days after your notice. If your renewal is sooner than that, it goes through one more time at your current price, and the move happens at the renewal after it. Your email states the exact date either way.

**Q: What if I cancel and then change my mind?**

* If you resume your subscription before it expires, it picks back up on your current plan, and the move to Premium happens at your next eligible renewal. If you let it expire, you move to the Free tier and can re-subscribe to any current plan from the Store.

**Q: I unsubscribed from emails. How will I know my date?**

* Change notices are billing notifications, not marketing, so they're sent to everyone affected. You'll also always have the in-app notification, and your [subscription settings](https://www.secrets.ai/subscription) show your change date and new price.

**Q: Can I keep my Lite or Plus plan?**

* No. The legacy plans are being fully retired and can't be kept or re-purchased. If Premium isn't right for you, you can cancel before your change date and keep access until your paid period ends.
